About this site

This site (bayitbrew.com) is the marketing site for Bayit Brew Coffee, a coffee shop opening in Arlington, Texas in Fall 2026. The site is operated by Bayit Brew LLC ("we," "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

Information accuracy

We do our best to keep this site accurate, but the business is in pre-opening. Opening dates, menu, hours, location details, and pricing may change without notice. Treat anything you read here as a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee.

Your account

This site does not offer accounts or online ordering. The only information collection is the optional waitlist signup, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, harass anyone, attempt to compromise the site or its systems, or scrape content for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to block anyone we believe is abusing the site or its forms.

Intellectual property

The Bayit Brew name, logo, and all content on this site (text, photography, design) are owned by Bayit Brew LLC. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with attribution. Do not copy, reproduce, or use the brand assets for your own purposes without written permission.

Third-party services and links

We use Klaviyo for email and may add other services (analytics, ordering, ecommerce) over time. When you interact with those services, their terms apply in addition to ours. External links on this site are provided for convenience; we don't control or endorse the content of sites we link to.

Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
