How it works

Three steps, no guesswork.

    Send a request

    Tell us your date, your headcount, and the occasion. It takes about two minutes.

  2. 02

    We'll confirm the date

    We read every request ourselves. Within two business days we'll let you know if your date is open and share the details. We can't say yes to every date, but we'll always tell you either way.

  3. 03

    A deposit holds it

    Once we've confirmed, a 50% deposit holds your date. Then the room is yours.

The room

What the room comes with.

  • Up to 20 guests, comfortably.
  • A two-and-a-half-hour block. Saturday evenings run two hours.
  • A barista on the bar the whole time.
  • 10% off every drink your guests order.
  • The cleaning, handled. It's already in the price.

Good to know

A few house rules.

Nothing surprising, but we'd rather say it all up front than have it come up later.

  • The person booking is 21 or older, and is the one responsible for the group.
  • Up to 20 guests. It's a room built for a close gathering, not a crowd.
  • No alcohol, please. We keep it coffee and calm.
  • No outside bands or sound equipment unless we've talked it through and said yes first. Happy to, just ask.
  • A 50% deposit holds your date, and it's non-refundable.
  • Decorations are welcome. Nothing that marks the walls or leaves glitter behind.

What if my date is already taken?

The form will let you know if a date is spoken for, and you can pick another. If you list a backup date in your request, we'll check that one too.

How do I actually hold the date?

Once we've confirmed your date is open, a 50% deposit holds it. We'll send you everything you need after we say yes. Nothing is due when you send the request.

Can we bring food?

Food is something we sort out together. Mention what you're thinking in your request and we'll talk it through.

Is there anything to sign?

Once your date is approved, we'll send a short, plain agreement to sign before the deposit. It keeps expectations clear for both of us.
